Mr. A boarded the plane at 6am this morning...
so he is now flying to Tokyo-Narita, then flying to Minneapolis...
then travel to Georgia...
then study at Georgia Tech for the next 4 months...
then travel around US for 1 month...

okyy...
time to update..
went to DESARU with radio1003 last weekend (20, 21 dec)
ok...
the weather was good considering that everything went smoothly as planned...
the sun was berry hottie hottie....
like you know... ouch~~
kinda weather...
but yeah...
sun tanning lo...

i saw a lot of babies...
so cute...
i also want one...
after i came back from DESARU...
MR. A go Malacca with his family...

after battling for the past few days...
mon-thurs. 3 papers.
finally down with only 2 more papers left...
phew...
i'm mentally and physically drained...
i think i need to escape to an island and stay there for 1 month..
before the school re-opens..
lol...
had fever on wednesday and thursday..
damn jia-lat...
cannot concerntrate...
i was like head pain, toe pain(i injured my tendon), fever, sore throat...everything came at one go...
ssians...
woke up at 2am to study then go exam at 1pm...
lucky..during exam i'm okay...
still can do the paper...
i damn scared i'll faint...
haha..
i really start to think i'm superwoman...

he should be leaving Singapore the end of this year...
for a 6 month exchange programme...

my acting workshop...

finally got our scripts for the final production i guess...
gotta work on it le...

weee... i'm feeling egg-cited...
went to Orchard after my lesson which ended at 6pm...
met Mr. A...
then go eat... only i ate KFC de Fiery BBQ wings la... too hungry... too spicy too... too delicious..=)
then go walk walk and shop shop...
we bought some clothes from Cotton On...
i asked Mr A. to try on a shirt... haha.. cuz i never see him wear before...
then weee...
quite nice leh~~ (>_<)
but expensive....
take photo of it only...

then bought Famous Amos double chocolate cookies...
muahaha...

we went there as a class to watch and critique the play...
but then wah...
some of my friends cannot tahan le then went home during the interval...

the few of us stayed on, cuz we think that we might miss out if the good parts come out later...
anyway, i only know Andrew and Daniel were in the cast...
then went there and watch...
i think i only light up when i see Daniel and Andrew appears...
especially Andrew...
he's acting is totally amzaing!!! damn cool lah...
after that the play, we took photos and chatted with those 2 nice chaps...
Daniel was totally shocked when he saw us...
hahaha....
that expression was priceless...

今天，第一次。
我第一次认真的，看一场篮球赛。
我第一次看到认真的他，在球场上的英姿。
而且，一个人。
我一个人坐在spectator gallery看，怪不好意思的。
我也不懂游戏规则，为的只不过是想目睹他打篮球而已。
打得不错了啦，应该。
呵呵。
这场友谊赛，我校输了四分。
今天我是没有课的。=）

but think the nervous-ness did affect bit of my singing ability....

i auditioned for vocalist...
keeping my fingers crossed.... >_<
thanks Mr. A for giving me the courage and strength....
and finally found the durian shop... muahaha...
next time i know where to buy nice... durian cakes....

The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor
went to watch The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor just now at Plaza Sing.

not bad la...
quite funny leh...

but Mr A say its like the movie is implying that Qin Shi Huang is very very bad guy...
dunno...
but yeah...
i suppose if the chinese actors disagree with the story... they wouldnt have taken the role right?
anyway, Isabella Leong and Michelle Yeoh very pretty...
lol...
especially Isabella...
her English not bad leh...
ha...
but kinda irritated cuz these 3 sec sch girls sitting behind us kept talking...

initially like look forward to it...

foodie~
come come come, people.
come my house here de nearby de market.
and eat.
Chicken rice, Ice Kacang and Kuay Chap.
i always intro people these few food.
haha.
its nice ok.
really.
so far, the people i intro the food to, all say nice.
haha.
oh, we didnt get to eat Kuay Chap, cuz its closed today.
only ate Chicken rice, Ice Kacang, and Chendol.
but its nice already~~~

the story was once upon a 31st December 1988.....
my mama ate a bowl of Kuay Chap.

then i was born.

well, lots of things to learn lo.

24hours.
its like the headquarters.
lo.
there are 4 gates in T3.
but i dunnoe leh, i tot we only have 3 kiosk.
A1-5, A16-20, B1-4.
we'll look out for the flights.
check the timing.
note it down.
be at the kiosk like 90mins earlier than the departure flight.
then... like that lo.
the usual work.
sell drinks.
when there is no flight, report back to Straits Bar.
met some staff i never see before.
M and K.
M's like this small size guy, but kinda cool, he can chat up with anyone.
ANYONE.
like really, he's a bartender for 13 years i think.
i think he very strong la, he was able to carry me by my leg.
ha.
i worked at A16-20 yesterday.
the most far~~~ gate.
need to take sky train de.
if walk there, think need 15-20mins.
kinda cool though.
make the kiosk like your home.
yup yup.
dont sell cocktails...
just normal drinks and some alcohol that are available.
yesterday got 2 jap guys.

cuz i've been working morning shift from 930am - 530pm.
then morning shift not many customers so i work alone.......
first time opened wine bottle...
open 2 time somemore...
damn...
the customers not happy that the wine glass are not clean...
then... blah blah...
eh...
fine... i know, what to do the next time...
lol...
anyway...
these 2 gentlemen who happened to be air crew...
yup yup...
quite goodlooking la..
they're nice...
even offered to tip me $22.30
but i say we cannot keep the tips ourselves de.. its shared de...
then yeah...

ok, i only just started working at the bar for how many days?
monday was my 3rd day...
sunday was my 2nd day...
last friday was my 1st day...
so i saw this guy - J (name is changed to protect his privacy)... =D
someday while i went there to apply for job.
my first time talking to him was on my 2nd day of work...
then.. Chef C very naughty... kept teasing us...
cuz we're the only chinese youngsters there i think... excepting Chef A and the cleaner...
arh... i tot wah... can talk talk make friends...
but hor...
yesterday is very de obvious that he wanna make more contacts....
eh...
he seems very persistant...
damn...
everyone even the manager was teasing us while we're on the bus...
arh...
i'm fine with the teasing...
but start to find him very weird this morning...
last night,
i already say things like i dont like younger guys to be my BF....
and like i can be his older sister lo... my age i mean...

A Humanitarian Appeal for the People of China (Sichuan)
A collaborative effort between Red Cross Humanitarian Network (RCHN), NTU Chapter, NTUSU, and students from China
Dear Students,
12th of May 2008 will be recorded in history as China’ sorrow. A horrible earthquake at magnitude of 8.0 shook Wenchuan, Sichuan. This earthquake whose power was estimated as powerful as 252 nuclear bombs had cause tremendous damage to a large part of China, causing more than 50,000 deaths, more than 20,000 missing, and about 100,000 injured.
Wenchuan almost disappeared from the face of this planet; lots of dead are buried under the ruins of buildings; the whole area is immersed in a stench of bodies and the sounds of weeping survivors. Those who survived have now to face the sorrow of losing families and homes. People have to sleep in the most basic and crude tents, struggle with bad weather, go without clean clothing and life necessities. Food and drinking water are insufficient; medicine and medical equipment are lacking, and people may face an outbreak of post-disaster diseases.
We should not just sit and watch. Let’s help them. Your small act of kindness can change the life of someone there!
We appeal to your generosity to help the Chinese people overcome this disaster and rebuild their homes and their lives. Please help us make a difference by offering monetary donations which will be handed over to the Singapore Red Cross for deployment to the victims.

Yesterday night, Me Ros Jason EeLing, went to DBS ARTS CENTRE watched THE PILLOWMAN.
oh my gosh.... it was magnificent lo...
like totally..
don't know how to say to describe this play...
but it really keeps you at the edge of your seat, and not knowing that 3 hours have past...
=D
our playwright tutor - michael corbidge....
i think he's a very talented guy..
he can act, direct, write..........[the list goes on]
michael was cute though... we tookk a photo with him... will post it up when Jason send it to me...

Das Experiment
sociology society haa a movie screening thingy on every thursday at 530pm.
just so happened that last thursday. i mean yesterday only.
Mirabelle show the movie called Das Experiment (2001), a German movie.
Prof Shirley recommended it earlier this semester.
so i thought since i'm free ask Fee to go along with me and watch it.
before going to the movies. i decided to go online and find some info about it.
thats how i got all the videos that i have previously posted on my blog.
The Stanford Prison Experiment video wasn't that bad. so i thought the movie should be okay too.
wah... rated R-Restricted. don't like that leh...
my friends were like ay...you girls cannot watch... haven't 21. lol.
after watching the movie.
i only have 3 words to describe it.
Disturbing, Disgusting, Sickening.
eeeeeeee...... freaking... disturbing movie... DAMN IT!
erh... its totally madness... i feel like killing myself after that. totally. feel sick. wanna vomit.
just how horrible human beings can become.
although i know its not the real experiment. cuz the movie had a 14days experiment.
if only Zimbardo didnt stop the experiment after 6 days, they could turn out like that. Disgusting.
i was like screaming in my head.
ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
if you really want to watch this movie, warning: its mentally torturing.
luckily, the 'curry puff' bring me back to life. erh...
oh.. by the way, me and Sathish stole 6 curry puffs in school... ahaha...
like really stole them...
took and ran away...

decided to go Holland Village with Sathish, Dylan, Mirabelle and Fee so that i can forget about the scenes.
went to eat at Brekos, and their Chicken Tato is nice~~~
went back to hall at 12 plus am...
well, i did forget about it for awhile lah..
at least i didnt have nightmare...
phew... =)

The Milgram experiment was a series of seminal social psychology experiments conducted by Yale University psychologist Stanley Milgram, which measured the willingness of study participants to obey an authority figure who instructed them to perform acts that conflicted with their personal conscience.

The Stanford Prison Experiment
The Stanford prison experiment was ostensibly a psychological study of human responses to captivity and its behavioral effects on both authorities and inmates in prison. It was conducted in 1971 by a team of researchers led by Philip Zimbardo of Stanford University.
Undergraduate volunteers played the roles of both guards and prisoners living in a mock prison in the basement of the Stanford psychology building. Prisoners and guards rapidly adapted to their roles, stepping beyond the boundaries of what had been predicted and leading to dangerous and psychologically damaging situations.
One-third of the guards were judged to have exhibited "genuine" sadistic tendencies, while many prisoners were emotionally traumatized and two had to be removed from the experiment early.

Total of 16 Halls took part in the Mascot competition.
Total of 13 Halls took part in the Cheerleading competition.
their costumes are woohoo... nice...
seriously...
though not all groups are good...
but most of them are fabulous...
didnt take any photo...
but still..
I BET I'LL REMEMBER IT!
but the prize giving part was a spoiler...
damn...
the emcee said the wrong name for the 1st prize....
HALL13 was already happily walking out to receive their prize.. some were even crying...
but the actually winner is HALL8 which was jus sitting beside them...
haiya...
HALL13's stunts were better leh...
seriously...
HALL7's wedding concept was really good!... the fairy-godmother.
just like enchanted...
my first experience joining the crowd to watch the hall games...
=P

she's very pretty, Japanese lady...
she was one of the judges...
but i guess she dont remember me ba..
like 2-3 years back.. when she and the other 2 coaches came to SRJC to teach us Cheerleading for Sports Day...
