but.. you bet.. these 2 buildings are sooooo long... and your lecture theatre or tutorial room are soooo far away.. haha..

supposed to go for the Tea Seesion at 7pm for Dance Sport Academy (well, its a ECA group) today..

but dont think i can make it from school as in from SRJC cuz something major happened..



i went back to SR to take my graduation certificate with Siang...

we met in school and went to Kovan first to get present from Mr Koh, I meant Adrian, and Miss Tan.. should have bought for Mr Ho though.. well, Mr Neo's in RJC now..

then went to SR..

walked through the carpark first (wells, thats how our school is built in this way)

then straight away spotted this YELLOW - BLACK car..

i'm like THAT MUZ BE ADRIAN'S CAR lol.. to Siang..

Siang didnt believe.. (anyway, it was just my wild guess cuz his car used to be RED-BLACK)

feels weird... erm.. like an alien... lol..

haha..

lucky i'm not the only one..

anyways.. went to office and take the cert... and we really didnt make any effort to find the teachers.. they just all appear to be there.. haha..

cool huh..

then turned out that the YELLOW-BLACK CAR was ADRIAN'S..

see i'm so smart.. whahahaha...

followed Miss Tan to her class, yup, they've changed the schedule.. civics lessons at 4pm like what the?>

then they have photo-taking today for their year book..

lol..

waited for Adrian and Miss Tan in the canteen..

urgently needed to find Adrian cuz they messed up Siang grad cert..

a mistake that cannot be forgiven AT ALL..

haha. they gave Siang the TOTALLY WRONG GRAD CERT..

only her A's result cert was correct, her CCA achievements and everything else was wrong...

they sort of cut and paste, and then just put her name on someone else CCA cert..

we're thinking the writings in thr cert was about Suen Hui..

cuz it mentioned about some performance that Suen Hui and Wan Qian did during the Guitar Concert..

lol.. they wrote that Siang was from Guitar Ensemble when she was from Tennis..

i was thinking, "Wow, i didnt know that you know how to play guitar.."

haha..

got it Adrian to get the cert done, but Siang most probably have to go back to school again...

lol..

N.T.U - Week 1 Freshmen Life

still trying to get use to the school environment...
not use to walking such a LONG distance before you're able to reach the next lecture's location.

last Friday was NTU's Freshmen Welcome Day..
kinda funny though, they asked us to wear this sort of freshmen gown (think: graduation gown)
and recite our NTU pledge... and flash our NTU torchlight in the dark (think: NDP)
then our Professors and Provost wore those cute Harry Potter look-alike gown - made me and Siang thought that we were in Hogwarts school.. haha..
lol... but the performances were nice.. and they gave us NTU windbreaker.. whaha.. wanted to take more than 1.. =)
saw quite a few SRJCians... lol..

My class only have Cheryl in HSS Economics, Me in HSS Sociology, Hwee Siang and Corlis in SPMS Chemistry.
not sure where Isabella goes, just saw her today in school at Canteen B. Thats makes up to 5 of us. =)
I only know Inge, Wan Shin, Li Zhen, Esther are in NUS FASS.

btw Cheryl and her boyfriend are in HSS Econs LAH... haha.. cool huh...
can go tutorial together lol.. cuz we can change our timetable in the first week.. haha..
just get into the same tutorial group.. lectures all the same..

Kinda wanna go back to JC rather taking up University course leh..
still not use to the education system here ba..
or i think still not use to Sociology..

this week i only have lectures on Monday and Friday..
first week's kinda slack.. introduction to course..

Tuesday was crazy!!!
supposed to choose additional subjects to score the AUs.
Oh men! it was scheduled to start at 9.30am
hahaha... 10.30am already NO vacancies in most of the courseS...
shucks.. guess what, my internet server was down from morning till 3pm that tuesday lol..
luckily i already chose 1 subject, then called Fidelia to add another one for me...

MY BROTHER didnt tell me that NTU's based on Fastest Fingers de lol... now i know..
i SWEAR.. next semester MUST MUST discuss which module Fidelia and I wanna take on the night before The Add/Drop Subject Period. Then seat down in front of the computer 1 hour before the scheduled timing...

yeah.. Today i met this Channel U's U 游客 young guy while i was on my way to my first lecture today. Then saw 迷路兵's Wei Qi (the drummer & beat-box guy aka the Malay-look-alike guy) in Canteen A during lunch time.. haha..

my gosh lol.. first week school i already spent $40.40 + $32.60 = $73.00 on books that are required for my subjects... haven count the cost for print notes.. lol.. the popular in our school is forever crowded de.. LONG LONG QUEUES and only 1 cash counter.

did i mention i didnt stay in the hostel..?
haha.. wanted to.. but Hwee Siang didnt want.. and i didnt want to stay with a stranger..
so gave up the idea..
still have to join hall games to earn points.. -_-"
see how lah... maybe i'll be lucky to earn enough points to get in next year for single room..
cuz freshmen cant get single room..

around 1h 45mins...

saw quite a lot of pretty girls...
haven met any eye candy in school yet.. doesnt matter.. haha..
dont bother to find any lah..
STUDIES come first..
ECA next? i'm hoping to try for netball though i think i wont stand any chance...
next week there's ECA booth set-up.. thinking of joining Sports ECA with Siang..

I feel like a literature student now..
have to read newspaper everyday... watch BBC?
having at least an average of 3-4 readings to do in a week..
each readings are like 20plus pages... print like siao... haha..
really spent a lot on printing notes, all put online.. print yourself de..
we have this webby named -> edveNTUre (pronounced as Adventure)
ha.. for Professors to upload stuffs and for Students to download stuffs...
gotta check our webmail every other day, cuz its forever flooded with mails..
kinda torturing for someone like me who seldom check my mail box de.. >_<

i'm looking forward to the ECA recruitment day.. and my drama and performance class (ha.. one of the electives that i chose.. planning to do a minor in drama and performance..) =)
