yesterday, went out with my classmates...
supposed to be a class outing lo...
but only 10 turned up instead of 22 people...
plus Adrian is 11 people lo...

while waiting for Siang at Somerset Mrt...
me and Esther saw Mercy and Adeline...
i tell you --- Adeline dress like a celebrity lah...
especially with her "housefly" sunglass on...
she wore this GREEN jacket... and I wore this pair of GREEN shoes...
we match yeah...
then Siang asked us to go to Marche first...

the four of us walked out of MRT...
this guy wanted to approach us to do survey...
but we all ran away...
i tell you again ---
Adeline looked like a CELEBRITY who is trying to run away from the PAPARAZZI...

real funny...
along the way... we heard from Adeline a lot of her funny sarcastic remarks lah...

found Adrian, Cheryl and Inge...
i waited for Siang to come before ordering food...
Shaun came after us...
After Siang came...
she wore this light brown 3/4 pants and i also wore this dark brown 3/4 pants...
we MATCH too...
we went to share Chicken Saugsage Rosti...
slowly~~ Eugene and Choon Kai came...
me n Siang wanted to buy our soup or drinks de...
Inge n Adrian came to approach us to ask us what Esther prefer... Chocolate or Fruit cake?
after much thinking... we chose Fruit cake...
they went to buy Esther a small Fruit cake..
and along us sang her birthday song...

we went on to decided what we wanna buy...
then Adrian ask me n Siang whether we wanna eat Ice-cream with Waffle...
I said I dont want waffle...
So I want ice-cream lo...
wanted to choose PEPPERMINT..
but they didnt have...
so i chose MAPLE WALNUT..
its tasted ssuuppeerr nice...

in the end me n Siang didnt buy anything drinks..

we all sat at the table for a very long time..
can couldnt decide where to go next...

in the end... we all went out of Marche...
then stood at the entrance of Heeren for quite sometime....
haven even decide anything...
finally, we're going Inge's house...

so we're going to play BOARDGAME at Inge's house...

the six girls have to squeese into Adrian's car...

leap camp 12-13 jan 06 - part 04

Still Day 2: 13 Jan 2006 Friday

we opened two big packet of soya bean milk...
couldnt drink finish them...
Shaun was like trying to drink finish at least 1 packet...
"wah... i need to go to the toilet..."
haha...

two people from two different groups stepped on dungs.. i think...
there was some screaming here and there...

given our task and Pulau Ubin map...
we have to walk to different huts or beach and complete the task...
at first Shaun was leading us...
after that changed to me and Sean...
we played this guessing the songs game...
quite fun lah...

during our Pulau Ubin journey...
Mr Ow and Adrian was there too lah...
they both kept taking pictures..
but i didnt wanna take...
so kept using the map to cover my face...
then they said:"Oei, spoilt the picture..."

Day 2: 13 Jan 2006 Friday

yawns... woke up at 3.50AM...
everyone look blur blur de lo...
slowly walked to the toilet...
washed my face...
slowly walked back to the classroom...
as we were thinking what to pack for the day...
Suen Hui asked one of the facillitators...
then she say that there'll be a packing list in the hall...
have to gather in the hall at 4.30AM...
so after re-arranging the tables and chairs...
we all went down to the hall...

sat down in groups...
then they asked us to choose three haversacks from each group....
to contain the things like water bottles, spoon, poncho....
so me, Isabella and Cheryl sacrificed our bags...
haha...

but along the way Esther, Eugene and Shaun helped me carry...
yeah...

went to put the other bags in the container classrooms...
and went up the bus at 5.00AM...
here we come... Pulau Ubin...
waited at the ferry terminal...

Still Day 1: 12 Jan 2006 Thursday

yeah, after we reached the hall...
we were allowed to get change...

after that.. went for dinner...
was so looking forward towards the dinner...
cuz Adrian was like "tonight's dinner is very nice~~~"
sianz...
you know what we get?
that kinda NS food...
packed inside a packet...
they just heat it up then let us eat...
there's mutton noodle, cabbage rice with chicken, rendang chicken...
mine was the cabbage one...
erm... first taste was okay cuz taste like those rice dumplings...
subsequently... eee...
in the end couldnt finish it...
i only ate like 1/3 of it...

Mr Ow the Bio teacher joined our group...
quite like him leh... he's so lame lah...
and then er hmm... this female teacher joined our group too...
cuz... its a 2S29 secret...
shall not mention too much...
but it has got nothing to do with Mr Ow lah...
shh!!!

ate dinner.. we gathered at the hall...
had to do this reflection thingy on our day 1 activities...
class-bonding...

had to write everything on a mahjong paper...
i was asked to write...

then Eugene and Shaun lay on the floor...
then i was asked to draw my cute cute version of boy and girl...
yeah...
drew a girl on the bottom left-hand corner..

then i help to write out the reflections while the rest of the people tell me what to write...
had to lay down in order to write...
but its okay lah... my legs tired...
hehe... i lazy to sit anyway..
We wrote the following:
- Adrian's french fries treat
- learnt about leadership [seriously - yes]
- learnt the MRT route by HEART [seriously - Yes too]
- learnt how to talk
- caring
- sharing
- Chinese Garden flop!!!
- SEEING MUNIR AGAIN!! [i wrote this BIG BIG lo.... whole class agreed]
{haha... Munir was our relief- civics tutor before Adrian came, and he came back cuz he was also one of those facillitators}
(btw when i wrote this - he was standing right beside our group looking at all the stuffs we wrote... haha... bribe him yeah)
- then we added our class 2S29, Adrian's name and Cameilia's name..
- under Adrian's name we wrote something...
shh!!! its a 2S29 secret again...
muahaha...
he wasnt there... so dont think he knows about it...
most importantly... we know can liao lo...

we were so proud of it...
finished everything earlier than the given time...
yeah...

after that, Shaun and the other boys went to paste our paper up high....
at one of those wall above the sliding doors...
so that the other groups or teachers cannot see clearly what we wrote for er hmm...
haha...
i think our group pasted the highest..
haha..

then after... all the groups went for this "My Bonnie Lays Over The Ocean" sort of activity...
lame but its was fun...

had a bit supper...

wo... distributed our sleeping area...
girls sleep at block A...
guys sleep in the hall...
our classroom was level 2...
phew.. not level 3...
if not had to climb more steps..

all the girls from our class slept in the same classroom...
yeah...
cleaned our shoes and our feet...
except for me, Siang, Mercy, Cheryl, Adeline...
the rest of the girls slept on the floor...
cuz they have sleeping bag...
but Cheryl, Adel and Mercy have sleeping bag too...
me and Siang dont have...
yeah... we Sisterhood...

talked awhile with Siang...
in between Mr Philip Tan came in to ask us to sleep...
haha...
then fell asleep cuz too tired...
only slept at around 12 plus am...

er.. decided to blog about my school's recent camp organised for JC2s...

Day 1: 12 Jan 2006 Thursday

meet in the school hall and assembled at the usual timing... 7.25am
haiz... Siang is seperated from me... sianz lo...
she's in group 7A while me in group 8A...
grp 7A is mixed with 6 girls from 2S29 & 2 girls 2 boys from 2A05...
grp 8A is the majority of the 2S29...
she so suay right... lo...
but nevermind lo...
HER FACILLITATOR is a handsome & cute malay guy lol....
while mine was a female one --- Cameilia...
arh... [jealous]
seriously... he's good-looking...
haha...

first destination: clark quay

had some commotion going on for this destination thingy...
Esther mentioned about walking from another side is nearer to get there...
well, nobody really take note of it...
i did heard her say, cuz she was standing right beside me..
but i didnt really know the place, so just follow others lo...

so we went on as a group...
walked the City Link Mall...
then saw this Singtel shop...
the girls were like "hey can ask them where is the Singtel Building leh."
so the guys went inside to ask...
[btw the Singtel building is our 4th destination..]

while we were waiting for the train to take to Orchard..
the commotion started...
"hey ya... why didnt you say earlier on?"
"really, she said just now already."
"then now no choice lo... just go through this route lo... if not we'll have to u-turn back."

saw Gary's group too...
they taking the same train but i dont know whats their destination...
but i was like... "hey ya... the most we follow their group lo..."
[cuz i tot that we might have the same route]

reached the Orchard...
woohoo... RAINING super doper heavily...
shiok and soak...

the facillitator said that we could find another alternative by finding the nearest shelter that can see the statue that we were supposed to find...
but asked around... nobody knows...
so......
"hey ya don't care lah, we just run under the rain lo...
drench drench lo..."

[me and esther share umbrella. cheryl and adeline share poncho. lydia and lysias erm... forgot whether they share umbrella not. mandy and isabella erm... forgot le. the guys.. they just ran like that... though we were not allowed to run like that without wearing or using anything to shelter...]

wanted to carry on running but the lightning stuck...

we were stopped...
okay...
Cameilia had to call her boss to ask whether we are allowed to carry out the task without showing the real destination since the rain was too heavy.
played this circle game...

as we were deciding whether to go Chinese Garden or NUS...
we saw Gary's group again boarding the train at another station...
talked to him a bit...

we decided to go NUS first, then continue to go our second destination --- Chinese Garden


bonus location: NUS

we just have to go there, then can earn 2000 points lo..
so we took bus 95....
then Cheryl quietly hide at the back of the crowded bus to call her sister and ask for help on how to get to the NUS university hall...
okay...

when we reach this bus stop, Cheryl was like alight...
but Adrian the ex-NUS student said "Don't"
so we didnt alight...
then the lady who sat beside me was like "You all wanna go to the University Hall right? Its this building." pointing that the building beside the bus stop that we didnt alight...
ARGH...
haha... thankz the lady...
then we all dropped at the next bus stop...
cus bus 95 is a loop bus which means time-consuming if we wait for the bus to turn back...
ran under the heavy RAIN again...
Adrian's gonna owe our group arh...
for making us run under the heavy RAIN...

reached there...
then we chionged to the opposite bus stop to take the bus 95 that turned back...

argued about our credits...
cuz when we boarded the bus, we'll use up 1 credit...
but since we board the bus again... we'll still use the same credit...
cus usually students dont tap their card when go down...
so when we boarded again... it would mean we tap our card for exiting...
yeah...


second destination: Chinese Garden

this is the most erm... unforgettable destination...
we walked from the MRT to Chinese Garden's back door... under the heavy RAIN...
from the back door to the front door... walked there and couldnt find the guy who was supposed to give us task to earn points and credits...
walked inside the temple to find, also dont have...
at the time, Cameilia walked in and tell us that that guy changed destination to one of the HDB flats... near the MRT...
DOTS....
DOTS....
DOTS....
walked back to the MRT under the heavy RAIN...
but couldnt find where's the block...
so decided to forfeit....
anyways its really not our fault...

after that we decided to go to Woodlands to meet up with group 6 and 7.
cuz that destination requires a whole class to participate...
while waiting for the train to come...
i went to buy white bread with Sean [not Shaun arh]...

Cameilia call her boss to ask if we can get our credits and points for the Chinese Garden...


third destination: woodlands town

saw group 6 there, eating at BK...
was wondering how did they can enough credits to buy a BK meal with enough credits left to travel for the next journey...

we sat at the side of the mall, where we could view the NICE scenery of the HEAVY DOWNPOUR right in front of you...
haha...

we settled down, then i passed the white bread around...
but Eugene was like "ayee, we are beggers lah."
haha... well...
what can i do?
the guys didnt wanna eat...
Adrian after that bought our group many packets of fries from BK and let us share...
YEAH...

anyways, he owed us arh...

reflected on our day with Cameilia...

when Siang's group came...
let's go... to BLK 102...
and carry on our journey...

played this Hu-La-Hoop game and completed within 4mins...
quite interesting...

we were supposed to report at Ubin at 4.30pm...
therefore, we decided to forfeit the rest of the stations and go to Ubin straight away...

alighted at Somerset MRT station...
and walked to the Singtel building behind...
i tell you.. this is where i was lost while trying to find my way to Akane's house on our cheerleading outing when i had to make Gary and Inge come down to fetch me...

fifth destination: mustafa

took train again...
since we were thinking that we'll be reaching mustafa at a very late timing if we walked there...
saw the 2S27 group at the same place as us...
reached Mustafa...
then went back to the MRT station to find a clean and dry place for activity...

quite interesting too...


last destination: srjc

woohoo...
alighted at Kovan...
we walked under the slight drizzle...
and bought 16 packets of bean curd at the famous bean curd store near SRJC...
we ate as we walked back to school...
i guess only me and Adel couldnt finish our bean curd lo...

then we threw it into the dustbin at the bus stop outside school together...

reached the hall, only a few groups was there...

well, Happy Birthday To ME..

the usual celebration with my family...
except this year, daddy's working...
so he wasnt with us...

then ate.. erm..
mac's meal for erm... lunch + dinner...
and watched finished "Fruits Basket" [jap anime] with my brothers and mum for the...
third time?...
i just love that anime...
its superb...

then ate my yummy coffee birthday cake...

my mum was so cute...
